Hi, we're looking for 2 people to take over our lease by April 1st. It's a year lease and the bedrooms are a railroad style. The apt is in Bed-stuy close to Ralph Ave on the C. For the two rooms it's $933 each plus utilities. You could also take both rooms and use one room as a study and the rent would be $1866. The apartment has a super cute kitchen and living room with a bunch of cabinet space and exposed brick throughout the whole apartment along with central A/C and heating, there's also a dishwasher and roof access! It's a 3 bedroom with an existing tenant. The location is pretty quiet, message me for for details or to set up a tour :) Thank you!
