Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

Hello all! I am currently looking for a third roommate for my Stuytown apartment. The lease starts end of April beginning of May however, the space will be open for move in in April before rent starts. Rent is $2,086 a month but all utilities and amenities are covered and it's rent controlled. Washer dryer in building - 1100 sq ft, 3 full bedrooms. You wouldn't have to do any start paper as you would be coming in as an occupant. It's 526 E 20th St apt 10A if you want to look it up. We're on the 10th floor (so amazing light and good views and there's an elevator). Right across from the L, Target, and Trader Joe's. Pet friendly :0) (I have a cat and my other roomie has a tiny dog). Smoking friendly hehe. Full kitchen, full bath, full living space!
