Hello! My name is Jack. I'm a 22 year old female looking for someone to rent out the master bedroom in my rent stabilized apartment. The rent is $1855 before utilities. My roommate is currently still living in the apartment and we are looking for a lease transfer. Move in date can be flexible. I have one cat named Powell who is very sweet and well behaved. I am open to the idea of sharing the space with more furry friends. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the 1,2,3 72nd station and B,C station. There are 3 grocery stores within comfortable walking distance, as well as laundry mats. Please be aware the apartment sits above a bar and can become loud. Please reach out with any inquiries!
