Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

Renting my bedroom in a 2bed/1bath for the remainder of my lease. The apartment is on the ground floor on potentially the cutest street in the West Village. You will live my roommate (cool female in her mid 20s from Miami) and her corgi Elvis. I would like to sell my furniture for the bedroom and the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. Rent is $2500 with a $2500 damage deposit and you'd be responsible for moving out of the apartment (unless you and my roommate decide to renew with the landlord's approval). I have worked from home here for the last two years comfortably. I love this apartment and neighborhood but am only leaving to go back to school.
