Hi there! I am listing a huge room in a beautiful, sunny Greenpoint two bedroom apartment! The listing is available for either a May 15 or June 1 move in date. I have lived in the building for over 15 years and absolutely love the neighborhood and community in the building. The landlord is incredibly helpful and friendly and is always available should you need any assistance with anything or maintenance for the apartment. About the space - the spacious two bedroom apartment is newly renovated with hardwood floors and multiple windows featured in each of the bedrooms and living room/kitchen. The natural light in the apartment is one of my favorite features and makes for a warm and relaxing living space. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom come fully furnished with neutral and comfortable furniture, though I am always open to adding more art to fill the walls of the apartment! The apartment is a railroad, but the room being listed comes with its own door so you can exit and enter at your own leisure. I have lived in the apartment for many years and the space comes lived in and loved, I am just looking for someone to share it with! A little bit about me: I am a 32 year female and I work remotely in Recruiting. I love both staying in and going out to coffee shops, bars, and dinners with friends. When I stay in you can find me in my room watching the latest and greatest on Netflix. I'd love to become friends with a future roommate but also can respect those that want to keep to themselves. The location: the apartment is just steps away from both McCarren and McGorlick park and a comfortable walk from the Graham L stop or the Nassau G stop. The rent is $1750.
