The open common area meets the kitchen, complete with a center island with granite countertops, providing ample room for cooking, storage and entertaining guests. The East Village has become one of the most eclectic neighborhoods in Manhattan. This apartment may be furnished or unfurnished at the time of your move-in date. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC).
