You can request to have your bedroom furnished or unfurnished. This entire apartment is 13 min walk from the 1st Avenue station for the L and 14 min away from the 2nd Avenue Station for the C and F. This studio can accommodate a full-size bed. Other features of this apartment are: WiFi, guarantors allowed, smoke-free, couples friendly, mini split heating, street parking, hardwood floors, oven, and refrigerator. This building allows its tenants to be within walking distance of numerous bars, cafes, and restaurants along the lettered avenues of East Village. Not only is this apartment close to commercial thoroughfares, but it is also ideally located near some of Manhattan's best public parks. A six-minute walk will get you to scenic Tompkins Park, which offers basketball and tennis courts, open green space, and numerous sports fields. An ideal place for active individuals that prefer to ride a bicycle or walk, East Village is a pedestrian-friendly community with easy access to public transportation for those that commute. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities. Guests are required to bring these items with them.
