The upstairs (Kitchen, Living Room, Full Bathroom) is shared with two very cool roomies, looking for a woman/nonbinary subletter. They're both from Texas and work in tv production! Very friendly and social :) One of my roommates also has an adorable small friendly hypoallergenic dog, and he stays upstairs! The building has a gym, a rooftop, laundry in-building, A/C, and it's in a super cute area w lots of bars and restaurants around! Train stops are off the A/C Utica Ave and the J/Z Gates Ave.
