Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

Hi! My name is Karina (24F) and I'm looking for a room mate in the south Denver metro. We are about 30 min from Denver, 45 min from the Springs, and are only 10 min from the Park Meadows Mall, Parker Mainstreet, and plenty of yummy restaurants/cools bars. The house is over 3,000 square feet, has a backyard, a shared study, and the common areas are already furnished as well! The room will be available beginning May 1st. Rent would be $1250 (includes utilities) plus the occasional household items (toilet paper, paper towels, and things of that nature). About us: Our current room mate is looking to move closer to work since we works in Morrison mid May. So it's would just be my partner, Trinity (23F) , who is really laid back and works at an urgent care in the area and I! I am in Sales and Advertising for a local furniture store and am going to school to study music. We do have a pup as well but she loves people and does well with other dogs! Her name is Luna and she's a 1yr old Bernedoodle (so she's also hypoallergenic and doesn't shed! Definitely a plus!) We would love to have a friendship with our room mate however that's not at all required and we totally get it if you would like to just keep to yourself!
