I am looking to rent out a room in a two story, 1.5 bathroom townhome in Westminster near I-25 & 120th. The townhome is clean, and has a modern style. The available bedroom is unfurnished, 12ft x 11ft space with 2 closets. Additional storage may be available in a detached garage, parking spot included. Walking distance to Wagon Road Park and Ride. Plenty of bike/walking trails nearby and close to retail stores & restaurants. About you.... Professional with a solid job. Preferably work out of the home. You are responsible, respectful, enjoy a clean space and willing to share monthly house cleaning chores. Sorry no pets, but big bonus if you are a cat lover. I would enjoy sharing a space with someone friendly, easy to get along with, and drama free. No smokers or hard drugs.
