Hi! I'm Amy- 31year old professional living in NYC. I live in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in a huge luxury building and I am looking to share my home with someone! I have lived here for 3.5 years and plan to stay forever. About the building- luxury building with all new appliances. Amenities include an indoor saltwater pool, gym, common space, rooftop with fireplace, 24hr doorman, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher in unit. There are lots of large windows and the ceiling is 12ft high. It's already furnished and the kitchen comes with all the tools, utensils and dishes you need. The apartment is massive and has 5 closets for storage. Now you can see why I want to stay forever! I am looking for someone who will love my 2 small dogs (quiet and cuddly frenchies!). The building is a family building so I am looking for someone clean and respectful. I work nights and weekends, and sleep in during the day! I like to keep my space neat and I'm looking for someone like-minded. I'm not a partier but I love a glass of good wine and hosting holidays! Your room is a private room furnished with a full size bed and a 10' window- lots of natural light! In your room is a huge two-door closet with shelving. You will have your own bathroom with a deep soaking tub. The building is located in Boerum Hill (five minute walk and you're in DUMBO). Conveniently located next to the F, A, C, R, Q, 4, 5 and B103.
