This is a very safe and secure location! Your room does not have a window but does have a closet and queen sized mattress and frame. You will need to provide a dresser. The apartment has a spacious, furnished living room, full kitchen (no dishwasher), furnished eating area and large picture windows. There is a $500 move-in fee from the building if you bring your own furniture. WiFi and Utilities are billed separately--averaging about $150/month per person. Building Amenities: pay laundry ($2 wash/$2.25 drylaundry card for purchase), 24-hour doorman, swimming pool, gym, mail service and rooftop lounge. Landlord requires: FBI Background check and notarized guarantor statement.
