Hi! My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd roommate for our 3 bed 2.5 bath condo in Solana Beach! Looking for a female in her mid-late 20s. We're right across the street from the Del Mar race tracks and the lease is 1 year starting April 1st. I have a small dog who also lives here with us, so must be okay with that (p.s. not all furniture pictured is staying) Message me for details! $1450/month, not including utilities.
