We are looking for the right person month to month untill our landlords sell the place. I've been here over 10 years. The location is west of the 5 in Cardiff. Off-street parking space available. Washer dryer shared in unit. Sdge, H20, and trash extra and divided accordingly. This is a 4 bedroom place. Offering one room with your own bathroom and private entrance. There are two kitchens, and a small garage which would be shared . This place is unique. The carpets have been replaced this year but it is outdated as far as the interior. That being said it's west of the 5 in Cardiff.
