Private room for rent To better accommodate those who has reached out, I have adjusted prices and while price is listed as $1050, there are different rent options you can choose based on what you need/want! Im renting out a single-occupancy private bedroom with a shared bath in a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home for female tenants only at this time. Monthly rent and split utilities amongst tenants as followed: $1050/month: shared bath (female) with fully furnished room $1000/month: semi furnished room (no bed) with shared bath (female) $975/month: semi furnished room (no bed) with shared bath (male). Furnished room = table, chair, bookcase, floor lamp and queen size bed. Mattress will be new with protector. Semi-furnished room = all of the above, no bed or mattress. Can include garage parking for $50 extra per month, otherwise, street parking in front of the house! The house will be shared with 2 female tenants (nurse and occupational therapist) and a male La Sierra University Honors Roll Biology student, who is my brother, entering his senior year. Our home is located in Redlands, about 10-15 minutes away from LLU campus in a safe, quiet neighborhood. We live down the street for University of Redlands, 5 minutes away from both Citrus Plaza and less than 10 minutes to Downtown Redlands with easy access to the 210 and 10 Freeway. The home is furnished with major appliances (front-load washer/dryer, fridges, rice cooker, vacuums, sofas, instant pot, ice machine, tvs, cooking appliances/cutlery, full size kitchen and plenty of storage space. Our home is equipped with solar panels. Utilities have ranged from $50-$100/ person, based on previous 3 tenants split. We are now aiming to be a home of 4, meaning utilities may hypothetically be cheaper One month security deposit + 1st rent (June) required at time of contract signing. Feel free to reach out if you are able to pay rent but not security deposit at once. You and I can work out a payment plan. Security deposit is refundable after year lease, if no damages or repairs need to be made. Room is available for a 1 year lease starting June 1 for June 2024-May 2025. No pets, smoking (including vaping & marijuana), partying or substance usage allowed. Displayed photos to show sizing and layout with queen bed. While our house is located in a very safe neighborhood, we are installing a Ring doorbell/camera system in addition to motion sensor lights for the front door for extra security (if this is a concern).
