I'm looking for a roommate in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The room available has a private bath across the hallway. The bedroom furnished with bed, night stand, lamp and small dresser inside the closet (Or unfurnished). It will be available for rent beginning of May 2024. The rent is month to month with a deposit equal to one month rent will be fully refunded at the end of your occupancy. Its located in one of biggest complexes in Newport Beach in a prime location. The complex is a resort style living located off the back bay with many amenities including 8 tennis courts, Jacuzzi (overlooking backbay), Sauna, Steam room and many others listed below. The apartment complex is very close to fashion island, UCI and Balboa island with full size gym and great views of the back bay. You will have a permit to park anywhere in the complex (More details about the complex below). I'm male late 30s, an engineer, I work regular hours during the week. No pets please.
