We are 3 friends in their early 30s, looking for room mates (2 friends or couples are welcome) to join us in our beautiful home right next to Prospect Park (PLG). The house has 3 floors + a private basement apartment with separate entry. One of the following options is still available: Option 1) Private basement apartment: Offers most independence with private entry, own kitchen, bath, 1.5 bedrooms (pet-friendly) Option 2) Private top floor: 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (no pets) The ground floor offers a spacious living room (with fire place!), dining room, kitchen, and a big backyard which will be shared among everyone. We don't just want to live together in the same space, but create a home together where everyone can have their independent space and privacy but also spend time together - be it over shared dinner, a backyard get-together, or just enjoying a drink at the fire place :) We are all business professionals who enjoy a clean space, good communication, tasty food, and good company.
