2 bedrooms available in a big, sunny 3 bd/1 ba in Bushwick. The space: - Laundry one block away - Hardwood floors, exposed brick, high ceilings, roof access - Lots of natural light - Cozy shared space with included utilities! Looking for an employed, responsible, respectful, clean, and laid back person. The vibe in the apartment is pretty chill - we all pitch in and participate in the upkeep of the apartment and are respectful of others space/belongings. Must be LGBTQ friendly + cool with two very sweet and loving cats. They're used to an open door policy as well, so bear that in mind! No other pets welcome (unfortunately), though! No smoking inside, either. Please note there are two bedrooms available. One comes with a bed frame + mattress. Very eager to lock-in a Roomi before then so please reach out if you're available to meet on the weekends to view the space. Thanks! Note: the furnished room is available beginning early June and the unfurnished room is available July 1.
