This is a unique European designed condo with a large quadrangle space in the middle of a square of condo buildings. Our unit is in building that backs onto a park like escarpment that is 3 blocks long. Our building has many amenities that promote rmeeting others such as a reading area, just steps from our condo with plants, and a large outdoor balcony The unit opens to a large treed and park like setting with tennis and basketball court, community garden and spectacular views of downtown and the mountains from the hilltop. It feels like living in the country with city amenities. We feel that we are in the country while being in the inner city within walking distacnce to schools, large parks, a community centre with athletic fields, two neraby shopping areas and North Hill Mall, SAIT (Sothern Alberta Institute of Technology and the Southern Alberta Auditorium.. Employment in established seniors facilities doctor's offices and a new conting care center also provide employment. We are away, supporting family and hoping to find a tenant /family to live in our home and enjoy a calm, creative environment.
