There is also additional space in the loft accessible by ladder that makes for a perfect reading nook. Including the loft, the home is 420 square feet.The tiny home is located on a corner lot so you there is street parking beside the home. There is a private small patio area at the side of the house.The home can be rented for a flexible term for $600 weekly. A longer-term lease can be done for $1,800/month including all utilities, internet and cable as long as at it is at least 3 months. The home is available starting May1 but always changes as it is also on Airbnb and you can see availability of this and my other homes at *********** An on-line application background check is required.If you are interested please let me know when you want to move in, how long you desire to rent for and details about who will be living in the home. Well behaved, trained small dogs may be allowed for an additional fee of $50/month.
