This is a 3rd floor studio with cooking gas and water included in the rent. Tenants pay electric, cable internet. Heat is electric baseboard heat and part of the electric bill. Landlord asks for a move in fee of $350, no security deposit. Application will cost $75 per adult to reside in the unit, limit of two adults allowed in a studio. Cats ok. Laundry in the building. Please note if two adults will occupy a studio the landlord will not allow any pets. To be approved, landlord requires credit score of 650 and above, and monthly income 3 x the rent.
