THE SPACE Accommodations (sleeps up to 5): - Bedroom 1: Enjoy a King sized bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, flat screen Smart TV and private entry to the lanai. - Bedroom 2: Experience privacy and comfort in the queen-sized guest room w a walk-in closet. - Bedroom 3: Perfect for friends and family, this room features a large bunkbed w a double bottom and twin up top. - Bathrooms offer a hairdryer, shower in the master bath, shower/tub in the guest bath and are stocked with towels and enough toiletries to get you started. Beach towels and spare linens can be found in the hall closet. Kitchen and Dining: Our kitchen offers plenty of counter and cabinet space, stocked with basic cooking utensils, pots, pans and modern appliances including a glass top range/oven, microwave, full-sized fridge, Keurig and also a standard coffee maker. The dining room, with seating for 6, is ideal for family meals and game night (we have a few board games in the closet!). Laundry/Pantry: You will find a private washer/dryer in utility room just off the kitchen. Room for pantry items and to store your cooler, beach and pool toys. An iron with board are provided. Comfort and Connectivity: Central air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in every room will keep you cool and breezy. Comcast cable TV and broadband internet with WIFI are provided free of charge. Outdoor Oasis: Step outside on to our private screened lanai and enjoy a relaxing view of the lake or head down for a morning stroll around it. Napoli has plenty of paved paths for walking, jogging and biking around the neighboring lakes and nature preserve. Truly a unique and peaceful setting.
