Located in phoenix minutes away from gcu, downtown phx, and phx sky harbor airport + easy access to lightrail. Looking for someone who is clean and responsible. i’m located walking distance from christown mall (target, walmart, ulta, bath and body works) chipotle, pizza hut, chickfila, and the light rail. 7 minutes away from gcu and 15 minutes from downtown phx, by car. utilities tend to be more expensive in the summer as well. when i say “utilities” this includes gas, light, water, and wifi. genuinely feel like the pricing is good based on the area. if you check out airbnb or any other rentals they are far more expensive that include all sorts of extra fees. at the end of the day i am willing to accommodate with the renter in the price, but this is MY set pricing which again i feel is reasonable. i also am including common household items such as toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies, and any other common items the whole household could share.
