Secure your visit with a 30-day minimum; all utilities are included, $30/adult background check fee, $200 cleaning fee, $75 booking fee and 12% hotel tax payable by tenant for all leases less than 6 months. Offered at $2500/month for off-season (May - October) and $5,500/month for November, December and April (January - March not available). No pets or smoking permitted.
