No shared access between residences. Utilities will be shared at 80% for this main house, and the tenant in the Casita house will pay 20% of gas, water, trash, and electricity billed by our management company to the tenants and payable on the 1st day of the month with your rent. A monthly utility bill will be provided to you each month by us, usually around the 2nd to 3rd week of each month. Lawn care is shared with the Casita tenant. LA will provide more info.
