This room for rent is professionally managed. We have managed and continue to offer full apartments for rent but recognize that some people are in a situation where they just need a room and common areas to meet their situation. We are offering this three bedroom unit as a per room rental to meet that need. It is close to I-10, I-17, the bus stop, and shopping center. The bedroom has brand new flooring and is freshly painted as we are working through the unit to improve for this living arrangement. The living room and dining area have been furnished for you and we provide full in home laundry along with basic cookware. We do have security cameras on the grounds as well as in the common area of the units. We don't wish to be intrusive but should conflict arise with other tenants we will be able to pull up footage to see what has happened and mediate accordingly.
