I have a furnished room with a private bathroom for rent in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in a very safe location of Manhattan's Upper West Side. The room has a full-size bed frame, mattress, bedside tables, shelves, and closet. The apartment has a functional kitchen with a gas/electric stove, microwave, range, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and most cooking/coffee/eating necessities. Washer and dryer are in the unit, and hardwood floors throughout the apartment. Rent is $1200 per month utility bills inclusive in the monthly payment and makes you entitled to all the utilities such as cable TV, electricity, gas, trash, water, sewer, and high-speed wireless internet. Plus $1200 for a security deposit which is refundable during departure. Pets are allowed. The apartment is within walking distance to the subway station, bus stops, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, malls, fitness centers, parks, gardens and museums.
