This shared housing rental is located right on the corner of Archer Road and SW 23rd Street with direct bus routes to UF, Shands, The VA, UF Veterinary Campus and more located right outside. The monthly rental fee is $500 for each bedroom. Utilities are additional and split evenly among tenants. Each unit contains 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The center portion of the condominium is the common area and includes the living room, kitchen and laundry room. On each side of the common area 2 of the bedrooms share a bathroom with a double vanity area and separate toilet and tub/shower. Each of the private bedrooms has a large window for lots of natural light as well as a built-in desk area and a closet with mirrored doors. The bedrooms are available with a full size bed and chair or you can bring your own. The full size kitchen is outfitted with a fridge, stove with oven, microwave and dishwasher and an adjacent laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. Open parking, as well as the community clubhouse, pool, gym, basketball courts and more are all included in the rent and available for you as part of the community.
