$966 /Month

Hello all! I am looking for a roommate to move into my 2 bed/2 bath apartment in South Tacoma in March! Approximately $965 per month for everything (rent, water, sewer, garbage, wifi, electric, other processing fees), private bedroom AND full bathroom, in unit washer, dryer, dishwasher, free parking space, and the bedrooms DO NOT share a wall. Total rent is $1550.00 and our combined income must be 3 times the rent, approximately $4650.00 total. Preference given to femmes and AFABs who can show proof that they've held a full time job for at least the last year. Dogs and cats are welcome with me, but I believe the apartment only allows small dogs that aren't ESA's. If needed, I can assist you with getting your pet appointed as an ESA.
