Private full sized fridge, bathroom is shared in terms of shower, but otherwise at your disposal. Building has laundry room on ground floor. Rest of apartment is comfortably furnished, including large living room with big TV, and kitchen with lots of appliances. Pet friendly, I have a dog and a cat as well as reptiles. LGBTQ+ friendly. I'm ok with cannabis as long as its on the balcony, no cigarette smokers. There's a 24 hour grocery at the base of the building as well as restaurants, dentist, doctor, bar and several bus stops right outside building. Shared only with me (F, 33)
