Historic Downtown Fifth Avenue South is less than 15 minutes away. Beaches in central and south Naples are 15 - 20 minutes away and everything else is less than 15. There are pool toys and beach essentials. The community features pickleball and tennis courts as well as a heated pool. Out of season weekly/monthly prices are negotiable depending on the time of year and the holidays involved.
