The room I am renting out has a bed, small dresser, and walk in closet. The living room and kitchen would be shared with each fully furnished, TV included. The apartment complex has a non-smoking policy, and I would like to sign the lease agreement together, preferably for a year. Midwestern University is within 20 minutes, and GCU is half an hour without traffic.
