We're looking for a friendly, clean, and responsible individual (or couple) to take over a lease for a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment for the next 6 months. Move-in date preferred by March 1st. The Apartment: Bedroom: The available room is very spacious, currently with a king-sized bed, but theres plenty of room for 2-3 people to move around comfortably. It feels like another master bedroom! The closet is hugeessentially a master walk-in. The room currently has a desk, bookshelf, and a 3x4 cubby; these can either stay or be removed, depending on your preference. Bathroom: Youll have your own detached bathroom, just two steps from the bedroom. Living Space: The apartment has air conditioning, a balcony, and great natural sunlight from two large windows. The living room is furnished with a Roku TV for everyones use. Please note, the fireplace is purely for aesthetics and cant be used. Amenities: The apartment complex includes a pool (perfect for summer), a gym (code available upon lease signing), a dog park, and a tennis court. Rent & Fees: Rent: $1100 per person/month Deposit: $350 (due upfront) Pet-Friendly: Pets are welcome! The current roommate has a cat, and the previous one had a dog, so if you have a furry friend, youre more than welcome! About the Current Roommate: LGBTQ friendly Preferably seeking a female roommate, but all are welcome to apply, including couples! I'm very welcoming and self aware, always willing to check in to see if there's anything you may need. Open and honest communication is key, I'm an introvert but I'm always willing to open up and keep things casual, easy to adapt- really just an eve- and flow kind of girl. I'm a grad student who's currently working on her thesis, I'm not a partier so noise control isn't really a concern when it comes to who I am. Lastly, I'm a pet friendly individual, and just like pets deserve a home I'm a firm believer that during these difficult times humanity deserves a place to call home. I don't believe anyone should be without a roof over their head, now an opportunity has arrived where I can potentially help someone else find a home through being my roommate.
