500 /month

Sarah velez (Has an Apartment). Hi everyone! I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease. I currently have 2 roommates who are nursing students and work, meaning no one is typically home during the day or weekends. The lease would include a private bedroom and spacious closet. The apartment has refrigerated air, wood flooring, patio, access to shared living space, a shared bathroom, and in unit washer and dryer. The apartment is located off Sonoma ranch and is minutes from NMSU. There is covered parking at no additional fee. The apartment complex itself is new (with us being the first to lease our unit) and very clean. The lease would be from now-June with rent being due the last day of the month.
