The loft apartment has a total of four bedrooms and the upstairs shared living space is fully furnished. There is a washer and dryer in the building, and theres plenty of free street parking nearby although its not guaranteed. The building is a creative community, with other tenants renting spaces for woodworking, a pottery studio, and a photo lab. Theres also a rooftop space where we sometimes hold mini concerts in the summer. This space is inclusive of queer and trans BI/POC. Please note, if youre sensitive to noise, the apartment is located right next to the train tracks, and the trains often run through the night. About us: Izzy (25) is a journalist who works a few days each week in SF and otherwise works remotely from home. Max (26) works in emergency management and works in person most days.
