Sarah C King (Has a Room). Huge private room, private bathroom with outdoor access from both. In unit laundry. Access to kitchen and common living space, electricity, water, internet included. Pool access during the summer. Great affordable gym 1 mile away. Can participate in eating with us if you take responsibility for cooking sometimes. Pets will be allowed on a case by case basis. Cat would have to stay in the room (it's a very large room, used to be a garage) and 1 house broken dog would be permitted in and around the home as long as it gets along with our existing dog.
