Both Queen bedrooms has 1 night stand, 1x 3 shelf glass storage table, 1 chest dresser, 1 stand up mirror, 1 Smart Google device, 1 lightbulb less light, 1 bedroom nightlight, 1 laundry basket, hangers, 2extra bed set bedding,2 clean bathroom towels, a metal mailbox outside of each room if renters receive any mail. Each room has blackout curtains in them for added shade and privacy.This property is a two-story house with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Please note that there are pets in the home, including 2 cats, 3 dogs, and 4 caged pets.All bedrooms are located upstairs, and there is a shared full-size bathroom available for rental rooms 2-4. A cozy loft area is also situated upstairs for relaxation. A linen closet contains extra bedding, including pillowcases, sheets, and blankets. Each room is equipped with 2 extra bed sets and 2 clean towels for renters' use.The shared bathroom for rental rooms 2-4 includes additional washcloths and hand towels. There is a laundry room upstairs; however, a schedule will be needed and must be upheld per each rental roommate so theres no confrontations, Renters may use the owner's washer and dryer once a week to wash and dry the owner's bedding and towels and personal items. Renters are strongly advised to wash their personal belongings during their laundry day ONLY.If you wish to request the use of the owner's washer and dryer outside of laundry day, you must agree to cover any extra monthly costs associated with the usage as soon as the water bill is posted. And other renters must be aware In the event if (Anna) owner, inform you of any increased amounts due each month, due to excessive expenses you must carry out covering it. anyone who refuse to pay for any increases, utility unexpected significant increase amounts or failure to pay in full rent payments, etc. a verbal notice will be given, and you will be required to vacate immediately. This policy is non-negotiable. Renters must pay any extra costs to the property person (Anna) by the 25th of each month, {only if bills increase significantly}. All rent payments, must be electronically funded using Zella, Venmo or Cashapp to insure on time payments are made. All rent payments are due no later than by the 28th of each month. Additionally, there is access to a community pool and clubhouse outside the home in a gated area within the community housing neighborhood, operations are during the designated season. The garage and driveway are reserved for the owner, and blocking the driveway at any time is prohibited. Renters are responsible for not causing any damage to the property or vehicles at the rental house or to any neighbors or their property; such actions will not be tolerated.The home is located in a newly constructed residential community, characterized by a peaceful and respectful neighborhood with friendly neighbors, providing a calm living environment. Guests are not allowed on the property at any time, including overnight visitors. No drug use or smoking of any kind, including vapes or e-cigarettes, is permitted. Renters are also not allowed to bring pets onto the property or conduct any business involving pets inside the rental. These rules are in place to maintain the peaceful environment established by the owner.Loud music is prohibited, and all renters must remove their shoes before entering the premises. Shoe placements should be either inside by the front door or neatly left outside against the wall near the front door. Dishes must be placed in the dishwasher when finished unless the dishwasher is full with clean dishes then please put dishes away and then put dirty dishes used inside the dish washer. Everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves and helping out. Noone is above anyone else and this is expected as you agree to live in the owners home. No food or drinks other than water are permitted in the upstairs areas. Please keep all dishes, including cups, downstairs.The owner has OCD, and this house has a no-bug policy to uphold, so please ensure to leave the house daily as it was when you moved in: respectful, clean, and organized.Smart TV description68 inch Smart Tv in living room available (under guest/roommate profiles), which is already pre set up, each renter must share the user profile.
