Christina (Has a House). We are a couple, seeking a female roommate. We have a room and private bath available for use. It is on the other end of the house from us, and is quiet. We live in south Parker, in a very quiet and small neighborhood. We are across from a park, so there is plenty of space to walk. We have walk paths too. You will have access to the kitchen, dining, living area, and basement. We have a full basement. Its unfinished, but we have an area set aside for viewing movies on the large screen (the white wall.) We have good speakers down there too, so its like being at the movies!We have a swing out back and a small porch out front with a bench and a chair. So more quiet space outside as well.The room is furnished, and we can add a small desk area if you need. We could also set up a desk area for you easily in the basement, or you can use her large desk space that is down there for her workspace as well.We are gone normally for his work about 2 weeks out of each month. So you would effectively have a lot of time on your own, a nice benefit. We enjoy company, and would definitely not mind cooking for another, if you can cook as well we could have fun!We are quiet and loving, and not into drama. We have one cat, who is really affectionate when she gets to know you. We call her our cat-dog because she behaves in many ways like a dog and will want to be in the room with you, hanging out. When we are gone, it would give us peace of mind knowing someone is there to feed and love on her! She is very easy.
