Jessica (Has an Apartment). My roommate and I are both professionals. We work to maintain the mutual space and are considerate of each other's spaces. We are in our later 20s and each have a cat. My roommate's cat does not like other animals, therefore we would like someone who loves animals that does not have their own. My cat does not leave my bedroom therefore it is like we only have 1 cat.
