Caryn Drexl (Has an Apartment). Looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment that is near Salt Block / Lenoir Rhyne University. Available now!The current lease ends in a little over a year, (Fall '25).One person only. I'm NOT open to living with a couple or anyone with kids who would also be living here. The place is just too small for that many people, and this isn't negotiable.Short term/furnishings for the room could potentially be an option at a higher monthly cost.I'm queer and would prefer someone at least LGBTQ friendly, race/age doesn't matter to me, though my preference would be another woman. NO SMOKERS, of any kind, vaping included as I have a severe allergy to both tobacco and pot in either form. (Don't care if you take edibles.) I also prefer someone who has at least been vaccinated/boosted as I still take Covid seriously due to health issues.The apartment:2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Washer/dryer included, outside space, with all the common areas are furnished.The room:Unfurnished room with it's own private, full bathroom. (Again, furnishings could potentially be provided.) Has lots of closet space, one window and a ceiling fan.Half of rent plus half of bills (power and internet) would come to roughly $750 a month, but of course power fluctuates.Since the main living areas are furnished with my things and taking into account my having already paid the deposits for the place, I'd like a non-refundable security deposit at move-in, along with first months rent/bills.
