The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful with biking trails & parks, dog park, baskeball hoops at park, and lake nearby. Prior to writing, please introduce yourself & share if you are employed#what hours/schedule. No remote work, please. No felony or eviction record. Please mention how long of a lease you seek s i x mo, or n I n e mo with the option to renew if we are a perfect fit.House is very comfortable and spacious. I am able to show the interior, amenities, yard, neighborhood, etc, except the actual bedroom as tenant is still there until the end of August. However, it looks just like it looks on photo as tenant was very clean & tidy. Most of the furniture in the house is less than 1 year old. New carpets. Last lease was signed sight unseen & individual was more than happy upon move in!!! All I ask is that you clean up after yourself & are tidy in kitchen/bathroom, common areas.House is very roomy & large with 2 full-size refrigerators in the kitchen as well as allocated pantry space/shelves. Kitchen fully stocked with cookware/dishes. You are welcome to use. Rooms are fully furnished. If need be.. I can have "empty". Queen size memory foam mattress bed. Huge living room & large family room. Tv is included in the bedroom also. Most of the time.. house is empty with us working, gym, friends, leisure time. We also like to travel. The back yard is very spacious with fruit trees & birds singing. Nice BBQ set up with traditional propane and pellets. Very relaxing sitting area/lounge for cup of coffee/tea or iced tea/lemonade in the evenings. Washer & Dryer privileges are included.Super safe neighborhood. Single story homes next to us to. No one peering over you. Looking for a responsible, must pay on time, clean, easy going person :) Intersections are Cooper & Elliot. Gilbert downtown is only 5 mins away, and hwy s I x t y freeway access is less than 5 mins away as well! Very convenient & central to Chandler, Mesa & Tempe, etc!
