Morghan (Has a Townhouse). I have been living alone the last several years, but as the cost of living continues to increase, I am hoping to find someone to share this space and the related costs. The current lease is through May 2025. Upon property management approval, you will be added to the lease with potential to renew next year.I am a Christian, in my early 40s, and generally mellow/quiet. I am an accountant & work from home most days. Evenings and weekends Im walking/hiking with the dogs, relaxing on the couch, or going on day trips. I enjoy an occasional drink, I do not smoke, and I do not want any parties hosted here. A few friends over is totally fine.
