I'm seeking renters at 2,600 per month per bedroom and can be single occupants or couples. I've checked comparable rentals and this really is truly a great value. Even though it is a large monthly rental cost for four-bedroom renters, it should pan out to about $26 to $2,800 per month per each bedroom rented and it's a 5,000 square foot mansion style property that is truly remarkable.
