Patricia Taylor (Has a House). My fiance and I reside in a quiet gated community in Ocala, Florida. The location is very close to shopping, dining hiking and various activities. Our communities offers 5 swimming pools, several spas, a full well equipt gym. There are several clubs and activities that are also offered at no expense and there is a beautiful 18 hole golf course for which there is a charge. There is pickleball softball and many activities that offered free to our renters as well. We are both retired. I was involved in the medical field and Jeff was an accountant. We enjoyed our work and got great pleasure working but you cant beat retirement for sure. We occasionally have people stay o er but that is not the norm. We will keep you informed id that ever happens beforehand.The "suite" we are renting consists of 3 rooms. A fully furnished bedroom with queen sized bed and mattress, a bureau, 2 side tables, 2 lamps ceiling fan large window and good sized closet. The second room is actually a bedroom but it is unfurnished at present. Our renters have used this room as their own private living room, an office or just as a storage room for their belongings. There is a private bath with walk in shower, toilet and large vanity. This was recently torally remodeled. There is a small hallway connecting these 3 rooms with a linen closet. This entire area is off of the rest of the house, separated by a pocket door which keeps your suit separate and private being accessed by you only at all times.The kitchen is shared and is fully equiped. You will have 2 separate cabinets for your food storage and supplies as well as well as drawers to use. The landry room is shared as well. There is closet space just for your own washing detergents and supplies.All the vanities and countertops in our house are made of quartz we ask that abrasives such as windex be used on any of the countertops. This includes your bathroom vanity. Those products slowly remove the sealent covering the quartz and is costly to repare. WE will supply you with special cleanser to clean all countertops.Jeff and I take pride in our home and like to keep it clean and tidy. I personally hate "cleaning." We hope you feel the same way. "If you drop it, you pick it up." LOLWe dont allow overnight guests. There are no additional pets per our HOA rules. We already have 2 small dogs.You will have 1 parking space in the driveway. We DO NOT allow illicit drugs in our home and if you have any issues with alcohol please pass us by.We have very open communication with our renters. If you have any issues we want to brought to our attention right away. We tend not to sweat the small stuff.Come take a look. I think you might be pleasantly surprised.Best wishes,Pat
