We have a reputable college,library, shopping, parks, and movie theater; all within walking distance.I am newly retired, but keep busy. I love scuba diving, traveling, and social events.I have a 7-year-old granddaughter and 2 daughters who live in the surrounding area. You'll keep your bedroom and bathroom clean, and I keep the rest of the house tidy. The bedroom has a comfortable, full-size bed, computer desk, ceiling fan, and bedside lamp. Your room also has a nice size closet. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is room in my garage for about six boxes.
