It is approximately a 15 minute drive to ASU, Sky Harbor Airport, and Intel. The main cross roads are 48th Street and Ray Road.+#13; +#13; The house features:+#13; Location, location, location!+#13; New front load washer and dryer+#13; A commercial-grade RO drinking water system+#13; COX Gigablast WiFi (high speed fiber)+#13; +#13; Utilities (electricity, internet, and water) would be split three ways every month and estimate between $100-125 depending on time of year. Total monthly rent and utilities average $825-850 per month. +#13; +#13; Note that while the room is vacant, it may be provided with furnishings (bed, dresser, nightstand) for an additional $50 monthly.
