Hi, my name is Jordyn Vassilios. I recently moved back to New York from San Francisco and have been living in my two-bedroom apartment for the past four months. I'm currently looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and serious roommate to rent the spare room. I'm very clean and very tidy, and I'm looking for someone who is the same, cleans up after themselves, respects shared spaces, and pays rent on time. I get along with everyone and value respect and good communication. The apartment is located at 2057 Strauss Street, Brooklyn, NY 11212, close to public transportation, supermarkets, parks, and local activities. The apartment and building are pet-friendly; if you have a pet and are not home often, please make sure your pet does not damage the apartment accidents happen and are understandable, but accountability is important. I work part-time online and also work with Atlassian in Manhattan, so I am often not home.
