I am looking for a professional and responsible tenant. There are three bedrooms upstairs separated by a bonus room. The smaller third bedroom is my home office.Queen sized bed for reference.It is a quiet household and I'm not looking to host parties. I'd prefer mature student or working professional. My home is a long term investment and I'm looking for someone who I can trust to look after my property when I'm not home. There maybe a possibility of me traveling for work and you would have the place to yourself during this time.If you're looking for a quiet place to rest at night, without worrying about late nights keeping you up. This is the place.The room is unfurnished, you can also use the den separating the bedroom, so you would have your own living space, with a shared kitchen downstairs. Or just a room depending on what you're looking forThis is not a house that rotates through renters.There is female cat that maybe in the house, about 10 year old.I would like to note, this is a owner shared residence. If you look closely at some of the ads in the city, they are owned by the same person who owns several homes and rents out all the rooms in each house.Preference to those in the airline industry.
