Fully-furnished spacious home near University of Calgary available Jan 15 2026 - Aug 1 2026 (6 months). Perfect for students or small family (Maximum: two adults and two kids) My daughter and I will be travelling for 6 months and are looking to rent our beautiful home! We are looking for tidy, responsible considerate tenants. Our two cats will stay, and our live-in nanny will continue occupying the basement bedroom and bathroom. She is an easy-going, very quiet, kind and responsible 26 year old female and will be working shift work. Utilities/internet, furnishings, bedding, dining and kitchen stuff, included in price. Light house-keeping (washing bedding/towels, light tidying, floors, bathrooms, kitchen) snow clearing are included. If you have small kids, she is also open to negotiating childcare. Our nanny will take care of all pet care. Kitchen is shared with her. Basement has a large sectional and TV for shared use also.
