Christophe Strattman (Has an Apartment). My roommate has just vacated and I'd rather not have to move!The bedroom is 11' 6"x 13' 6" with a walk-in closet, and a separate private bath. I have a washer and dryer in the unit. There's a screened in patio and a grill. The unit is adjacent to a swimming pool. The community is very quiet and safe. I've had no issues here. About me: I'm a single, straight, non-smoking, drug & alcohol-free 50y/o, My ancestry is German, Sicilian-American Indian and I'm originally from New Orleans. I'm a career chef of 30 years, and I've been here since Katrina. I am very low-key and easy to get along with and generally keep to myself. I tend to be quiet but can engage in conversation. I do not have company, so no worries about random traffic... I'm neat, very clean and mostly organized. I'm looking for someone similar, NO drugs, smoking outside only, and visitors at a minimum. I usually stay home when not working, so that I can rest and recover. I have blood cancer that renders me with chronic fatigue, pain and exhaustion.
